Cafeteria Services
The District participates in the National School Lunch Program and offers students nutritionally balanced lunches daily. Free and reduced-price lunches are available based on financial need. Information about a student's participation is confidential. See Lupita Martinez to apply.
The District follows the federal and state guidelines regarding foods of minimal nutritional value being served or sold on school premises during the school day. [For more information, see policy CO.]
All students eating on campus should eat in the cafeteria or in the designated areas. Paper, food, and litter should be cleared from the eating area before leaving. It is the student's responsibility to clean up after himself or herself. Students may not go into the Academic Building during lunch.
NO STUDENT MAY HAVE FOOD DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO HIM OR HER BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A PARENT. FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN INTO ACADEMIC BUILDINGS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRINCIPAL APPROVAL. PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED IN ANY CLASSROOMS, SURPRISE OR OTHERWISE, WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE PRINCIPAL.
 
Breakfast Prices:   Students: PreK-12 $1.00; Reduced breakfast: PreK-12 $.30
 
Lunch Prices:     Students: PreK-3rd grade $1.25, 4-12th grade $1.50; Reduced lunch: PreK-12th grade $.40;    
Staff: $2.75, Guests: $3.50
