NEW Drop-off Procedure due to Construction

We will have a new drop-off procedure for our secondary students.  All secondary students will report to the elementary cafeteria through the side door.

Secondary students will be able to park by the baseball field.  Secondary staff and visitors to the secondary campus will park on the old tennis courts.

Our early morning athletes will be dropped off by the maintenance building and will walk on the road behind the junior high to the athletic portable buildings.  

Please bear with us as we make adjustments.  As always, the safety of our students is our priority.

Eagles run through Boot Camp!

Come watch our boys going through boot camp!  Coach Enriquez and his staff have brought in this concept to give our athletes the extra edge as we continue to prepare for the next season.  The boot camp concept involves 8 days of training.  Day One began in the classroom with each coach addressing a topic: adversity, family, commitment, dedication, and character.  Days Two through Eight is putting those concepts into action.  The boot camp will wrap up for our boys on Thursday, March 2nd.  Our girls will have the same opportunity later in the school year.


Groundbreaking Ceremony

Our groundbreaking ceremony has been rescheduled for this Thursday, February 23, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. It will be located at the new elementary's site. Light refreshments will be served.



Parent and Student Survey for the 2017-2018 School Calendar

As we put together our 2017-2018 school year calendar, we are soliciting input from our parents and students related to the calendar.  While the school year calendar is shaped by both collective agreements and the Texas Education Agency regulations, there is still room for some flexibility and choice.  We appreciate you taking the time to help us look at some of our customary practices associated with the school year.  Thank you ahead of time for your feedback.  We will be collecting feedback until February 28, 2017.  The survey can be completed at the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/o5fdMHMQCa04wKaB3

Great job to our Pettus Eagles and Lady Eagles Powerlifting Team on Saturday, February 11, 2017.  John Hodge (center) walked away with 1st place.  Joseph Benavidez (left) and Leigha Trevino (right) both came home with 3rd place.  Congratulations on your hard work!
